This hitch gives your vehicle the muscle to handle towing jobs and everyday utility. The install was easy to manage. The hitch had a bit of alignment offset. I called tech support to verify it was OK to go ahead with the installation. The tech support group was VERY knowledgeable and thorough.

Perfect fit and looks great. Put it on alone with a driveway that has a slight decline. Had enough room to lower the exhaust and get the bolts on without jacking the vehicle up. Needed to balance the unit on my chest and arch it up to get bolt holes aligned to the frame holes.

etrailer hith for Palisade.Order and delivery was fine, after install when I mounted a bike rack I noticed that rack is tilted to the right side. Contacted customer suppport and their response was "the hitch is within specs and that the angle is exaggerated by the bike rack and it will not affect the integrity of the hitch". Well that is great. Anything I put behind this car will be croocked. Acceptable to etrailer but not for me.
Very not happy.
I have purchased couple of hitches from etrailer before with no issues.
Customer support rep was responsive and polite, no issues there.

Hitch arrived quickly. Nice quality USA made hitch fit perfectly. Installed in roughly 30 minutes on a 24 Hyundai palisade.
I bought this hitch for a 2023 Hyundai Palisade to tow our Casita travel trailer. Sturdy product, easy installation, and great fit. eTrailer made it easy to order on-line and kept me updated on every step through the delivery process. Next steps are to install the 7-pin wiring harness and brake controller.

I have used this hitch to tow a 17 Casita Travel Trailer around and havent had any issues with it. Still towing strong!
Great product and great fit! The instructions were clear and comprehensive.
Hitch went on easy in under an hour. The instructional video was right on and contained many helpful tips. Receiver looks great on the car and is well hidden.
Everything went together very good on my 2023 Hyundai palisade. It was a little tight getting the horizontal bolts in on the passenger side but they definitely fit. I used a Jack to support the exhaust and the jack stand to support the hitch while I got a bolt in place to support it. It went better than expected.

Very well built, strong materials and hardware. Smooth install, watching the video really helped with the how quickly I was able to install the hitch.
I haven't installed it yet, but my first impression is high quality. It is a lot heavier than I expected and the finish seems very durable. Shipping was very fast. I received it two days after I ordered it. My only complaint is that the hitch was basically put in a box with no cushioning or insulation. When I received the box, there were two holes where the hitch poked through the box. Luckily this did not scratch he finish. I cant wait to install it and hope it's as easy as the installation video makes it look.
As advertised! Your video was helpful. Received on Wednesday, I installed it Friday evening after work before the sun went down! Stealthy look too, doesn’t protrude past the bumper at all, see pics! BTW, I did it in my driveway with no lifts, by myself.

Good pricing. Hitch was delivered promptly. Watched video once and was able to perform the installation. This is my third hitch from etrailer.
Perfect fit and good clean look from the back of the car. All hardware included and instructions for reaching the proper torquing of the hardware is required for safety but appreciated in the simple and clear instructions. Overall the install requires you drop the tire and really you should drop the back half of the muffler to access the bolts in the back right that otherwise sit right above the muffler. With a torque drive it is fairly easy to crack the nuts loose on the rusty muffler studs and then retighten them. Still 5 Stars because the install is not Etrailers fault and the quality is excellent.
Pleasantly surprised with how great the hitch looks and how easy it was to install. My husband was able to do the install in our driveway with minimal tools and while he did have some issues with re-installing the heat shield for my Palisade he was able to get everything back on. We used the hitch to bring our bikes out and it worked perfectly. We are very happy with our purchase!
It was a great product and very easy to install. We had it installed in about 1hr. I would highly recommend trailer trailer hitches.
Finished install looks great, but installation (for me) wasn't as easy as I was expecting. Clearances are very tight, regardless of which direction you install the long bolts (see below). I would recommend screwing the smaller bolts into the frame before attempting to mount the hitch to make them easier to screw in while you are holding the hitch in place. I installed the longer thru bolts from the outside of the car with nuts on the inside on the drivers side, and from the inside of the car to the outside on the passenger side. To me, this was the easiest way to access the nuts with the torque wrench, but it was still a pita.
Installation video says to just bend or cut the yellow tabs coming down from the bottom of the car if they are in your way. DON'T do that - an easier way to get them out of your way is to pop up the round covers within the cargo area (where the jack is stored) and unscrew the screw in there. The yellow tab will now push up out of your way and is easily pushed back in place when you are done. (see pic)
I usually rate my jobs by number of f-bombs I drop - this one was a 3 f-bomber (out of 10) so not too bad, but it did take me about two hours.
Love the way it looks - crossbar is completely hidden. No trimming of the bumper panel was required.
This was installed on a 2024 Hyundai Palisade SEL.

One year out and hitch is still working and looking great!
Like others if you’re handy , DIY is an option. I watched a number of YouTube videos and decided I can do this for the ETrailer 2” receiver and my time. I did get a quote from the large trailer rental places that gave me a quote to install without a wire harness for $595 plus tax.
I raised the back of the car, used a creeper, floor jack and you must have a 19mm box wrench, a multitool or use of a grinder ( to cut down a mounting tab that’s in the way on the drivers side)
Using some small squares of wood to protect the muffler I was able to use it to help balance the hitch while I lifted the hitch on the drivers side and fed the lower bolts into place, making the passenger side easier but still tricky because of the muffler. Getting the hitch in place was easy, what was time consuming was tightening then torquing the passenger side bolts, this is were the 19mm box wrench is a must ( short wrench worked well for me) on our vehicle, no trimming needed on the bumper. Start to finish took me 1 hour. I’m 70, so I like to work slow and take my time. The handlers for the muffler were very easy off and back on, just make sure your spraying with WD40, big tip! Start spraying the holders from the deepest area away from the end of the car to the rear. Or you may get lots of WD40 on you. (Yes I did get it all over me) on a scale of 1-10 this job was a 5, not difficult just awkward working around the muffler.
